When and how can I link CAPAs to CAPAs?

Once you have enabled the linking of CAPAs in CAPA Module Settings, CAPAs can be linked to one another at any status.

To link CAPAs please follow the instructions below.

Linking CAPAS

  1. Go to CAPAs > CAPAs.
  2. Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the CAPA you wish to edit.
  3. Once you have found the CAPA, click on the Actions button.
  4. Click on Edit.

In the CAPAs form:

  1. Scroll down and find the CAPAs field.
  2. Select the CAPA you would like to link to this current one. You can link multiple CAPAs.
  3. Click on Save.

How to check linked CAPAs

You will find the Linked CAPAs in the CAPAs Tab of the CAPA Details Page. In order to access this information::

  1. Go to CAPAs > CAPAs.
  2. Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the CAPA you wish to view.
  3. Click on the ID or Title to open the CAPAs Details Page.

On the CAPA Details Page:

  1. Click on the CAPAs Tab to see all linked CAPAs.
