How can I limit the CAPAs to a simple workflow, without Actions?

If you want to streamline your CAPA workflow and not provide the possibility of creating specific Actions, you can do so by disabling the option of creating and adding Actions to CAPAs in Module Settings. This setting can only be accessed by Administrators and Managers.

How to limit the creation of Actions for CAPAs?

1. Go to CAPAs > Module Settings.
2. Click on General.
3. Toggle the switch ON or OFF based on your needs. If OFF, Users will not be able to add Actions to CAPAs.
