Setting users to trained

If for any given reason you need to configure a Trainee to be partially trained or if you need to sign-off for a Trainee you can do it by: 

  1. Go to Trainings > Trainings.
  2. Use the Filters and/or Seach field to find the Training you want to edit.
  3. Open the desired Training.

While on the Training Details Page:

  1. Click on Users/Offline Users Tab.
  2. Select a specific User.
  3. Open the dropdown menu and select Set to Trained.
  4. Click on Apply.

If you leave the option Set to train the entire training checked, it will sign off on all training material assigned to a specific trainee, but if you leave it unchecked you will be able to select specific Training Materials:

  1. Leave the Set to train entire training unchecked.
  2. Select what Training Material the User should be set to trained in.
  3. Sign off.

Back at the Trainings details page, in the User/Offline Users tab the changes in the training status should be updated to its new respective stage.

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users / Training Supervisors.
  Please note: You need to be set as a Training Coordinator to be able to make these changes.
