If you wish to send email notifications from a corporate email instead of the default Scilife email, this can be configured by following these steps:
- Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
- Go to General Settings.
- Go to Email notifications and change the default email.
Once you save the changes, two emails will be sent to the new email address that has been configured. One will come from AWS and the other will be sent from Scilife.
As soon as you have verified the new email address both to AWS and to Scilife, all email notifications from Scilife will be sent from the email that you have configured.
Relevant for: Administrators.
Please note: The new email address will not be effective until you have confirmed it with both AWS as well as with Scilife.
