In the Module Settings of the Change Control module, you'll have a switch 'User Selection Criteria':
Please note: Only Managers and Administrators are able to modify the Module Settings.
When the switch is turned Off, only Users from the Group(s) you have selected in the Groups field will be available to be assigned roles when creating/editing a Change Request.
On the other hand, when the switch is turned On, the same switch will appear on the Change Control Form Page when creating a New Change Request or when editing an already existing Change Request:
If you leave the switch Off, only Users that are part of the Group(s) you have selected in the Groups field will be available to be assigned in roles.
When turning the switch On, all Users in Scilife will be available to be assigned the roles of the Change Request:
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
