In order to configure the system so that all QA persons must sign off before the CAPA progresses you need to update CAPA Module Settings:
- Go to CAPAs > Module Settings.
- Click in Signature Settings.
- Per default, the Sign off by all QA persons required switch is turned OFF, turn it ON if you would like for all Approvers to sign off before the CAPA progresses to the next status.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers.
