What can I see in the Trainings Details Page?

There is a difference in view of the Users/Offline Users tab and the Files tab showing on the Trainings Details Page, depending on which role you have in Scilife as well as the role in the Training itself.

For a Regular / Read-Only User that is configured as a Trainee in a specific Training: 

• Their own username is visible in the Users/Offline Users tab.
• Their own uploaded files, files from a Task in the Training and/or files that have been uploaded in the comments tab, will be visible for them.
  -> Files from other Trainees will not be shown in the Files tab.
• The audit trail will only show logs related to the Trainee itself.

For a Regular / Read-Only User that is not configured as a Trainee in a specific Training:

• Not a single Trainee will be visible in the Users/Offline Users tab.
• Only files from a Task will be shown in the Files tab.

An Administrator / Manager or Training Coordinator can see:

• All Trainees are visible in the Users/Offline Users tab and they can select a specific Trainee in the Drop Down appearing in the Training Material tab.
• All files are shown in the Files tab.
• The audit trail shows all the logs from all Trainees.

A Training Supervisor / Task Supervisor can see the same as an Administrator / Manager or Training Coordinator for the Trainings in which he/she is a Supervisor.
