What is shown as User Progress, Materials Progress and Total Users in the Training Listing Page?

There is a difference in the view of the three columns showing on the Trainings Listing Page, depending on which role you have in Scilife as well as the role in the Training itself. 

For a Regular / Read-Only User that is configured as a Trainee in a specific Training:

• Their own progress will be shown in the "User Progress" column.
• Their own progress will be shown in the “Materials Progress” column.
• In the "Total Users" column appears a number 1.

For a Regular / Read-Only User that is not configured as a Trainee in a specific Training:

• N/A will appear in the previous three columns ("User Progress", "Materials Progress" and "Total Users").

An Administrator / Manager or Training Coordinator can see:

• The progress of all Trainees in the "User Progress" column.
• The progress of all Trainees in the "Materials Progress" column.
• In the "Total Users" column appears the number of all Trainees.

A Training Supervisor / Task Supervisor can see the same as an Administrator / Manager or Training Coordinator for the Trainings in which he/she is a Supervisor.
