There are 4 preconfigured Audit Finding Categories:
- Critical.
- Major.
- Minor.
- Recommendation.
These can be edited in the Audit Module Settings.
Editing Audit Finding Categories
- Go to Audits > Module Settings.
- Go to the Finding Categories section.
- Hover over the Finding Category and Click on the Actions button.
- Click on the Edit icon.
In the Update Finding Category window you can:
- Add or remove Groups to which the Audit Finding Category is assigned.
- Edit the Finding Category title.
- If it should be mandatory to link an Event to this type of Audit Finding Category, then turn the Linked Event mandatory switch ON, otherwise leave it turned OFF.
- If it should be mandatory to link a CAPA to this type of Audit Finding Category, then turn the Linked CAPA mandatory switch ON, otherwise leave it turned OFF.
- If it should be mandatory to link a Risk Assessment to this type of Audit Finding Category, then turn the Linked Risk Assessment mandatory switch ON, otherwise leave it turned OFF.
- If you would like to disable the Finding Category, turn the Disabled switch ON, otherwise leave it turned OFF.
- Save the changes.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers.
Please note: Linked CAPA mandatory only applies to Internal and Incoming audits. It does not apply to Outgoing audits.
