How can I delete Offline Users?

How to Delete an Offline User:

  1. Go to Trainings > Offline Users.
  2. In the Offline User List, use the filter and/or the search field to find the Offline User you wish to delete.
  3. Once you have found the User, select them by clicking on the check box to the left of the User.
  4. Go to the With Selected drop-down menu at the bottom of the User list. Select Delete.
  5. Click Apply.

How to Delete Offline Users in bulk

Follow the same steps as in the explanation and screenshot above but in steps 2 and 3 find and select all the Offline Users you wish to Delete:

  1. Go to Trainings > Offline Users.
  2. In the User List, search for the Users you wish to delete. You can use the search field as in the screenshot above, or you can filter by Groups or order the User Function column to find all the Users with a Specific User function.
  3. Once you have found the Users you wish to delete, select them by clicking on the check box to the left of their name.
  4. Go to the With Selected drop-down menu at the bottom of the User list.
  5. Select Delete and then click Apply.

   Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
  Please note:
  • Whether or not Administrators, Managers and/or Regular Users are allowed to Delete Offline Users depends on Permission Settings.
  • Deleted Offline Users can be restored from the Deleted Items section.
