The Competences Module makes it really easy to search for Employees with a certain skill set and level of competences.
- Go to Manage > Users.
- Click on Show Advanced Search.
Select Competence Items.
Select the Competence you are looking for.
Select the Competence Level you are looking for. Please note that this step is not necessary, you can also choose to search only for the Competence, without including the Competence Level.
- Once you have indicated that you are searching for Competence Items, the Competence, and the Competence Level;
- You will be able to add more filters to the search.
- Once all filters are in place, click on Search.
The User Listing will then show a result of all the users that meet the criteria of your search.
