Using the Favorite Documents functionality can be particularly helpful for Users who access the system and always need to view the same Documents.
Once you have marked the Documents as Favorite you will be able to filter by My Favorite Documents.
Marking Documents as Favorite
In order to work with this functionality, first, you need to mark the relevant Documents as Favorite.
- Go to Documents > Documents.
- Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the Documents you wish to mark as Favorite.
- Click on the Actions button
- Click on Mark Favorite.
Filtering by Favourite Documents
You can easily filter by My Favorite Documents.
- Go to Documents > Documents.
- Click on the dropdown for the All Documents filter
- Select My Favorite Documents and the list of your Favorite Documents will be shown.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users / Read Only Users.
