The date and hour formats that are shown throughout the system can easily be modified by Administrators in General Settings.
Select Date Format
- Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
- Go to General Settings > Date & Time Format.
- In the Select Date Format dropdown, you can choose the desired format.
- Save.
There are several different date formats to choose from, they will give you the following result:

Show Date & Time in User’s Timezone
The timestamp for electronic signatures in Scilife is set up to show in the UTC time zone, which is a globally recognized standard policy.
You can choose to show the date and time in your local timezone by following these steps:
- Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
- Go to General Settings > Date & Time Format.
- Turn the Show Date & Time in User’s Timezone switch ON.
- Save.
The displayed timezone will then be shown in your local time throughout the system.
