How can I activate a Module on User level?

  • Updated

Not all the Users in your system will necessarily have access to all the Modules that have been activated for your organization.

If you wish to activate a Module for a User you can do so either by editing the Users profile or by assigning  Module permissions directly in the User List. This last option also allows you to assign Module permissions in bulk to several Users at the same time.

Activating Modules for a User in the User Profile

  1. Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
  2. Go to Users.
  3. Use the Filters and/or Search Field to find the User for whom you wish to activate more module(s).
  4. Click on the Actions button.
  5. Click on Edit.

  Please note:
  • Activating Modules in the Production environment will impact the cost of Scilife.
  • Managers and Regular Users can only Create/edit/delete users if they have been given permission in MANAGE > Scilife Settings > Permission Settings > General. Read Only Users cannot be set to have these permissions.
