Event Causes will be shown in the Event Investigation Form and can be configured in Module Settings.
- Go to Events > Module Settings.
- Select Event Causes.
- Click on the New + icon.
In the Create Event Cause Form:
- Select the Group(s) to which you wish to assign the Event Cause.
- Give the Event Cause a name.
- Save.
You will then get the system message New Event Cause created successfully.
