How can I create Event Causes?

Event Causes will be shown in the Event Investigation Form and can be configured in Module Settings.

  1. Go to Events > Module Settings.
  2. Select Event Causes.
  3. Click on the New + icon.

In the Create Event Cause Form:

  1. Select the Group(s) to which you wish to assign the Event Cause.
  2. Give the Event Cause a name.
  3. Save.

You will then get the system message New Event Cause created successfully.

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers.
