The System Group is a Group that is to be used exclusively by Scilife NV for automated tasks in Scilife.
We recommend that you avoid assigning Users to the System Group in order to avoid any confusion at a later stage.
If there are no Users assigned to this group then no items can be assigned by mistake to the System Group by the Users in your organization.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
Please note: Managers and Regular Users can only Create/edit/delete users and hence assign them to Groups if they have been given permission in Manage > Permission Settings > General Settings. Read Only Users cannot be set to have these permissions.
