Can I include links to online contents in a Training?

When creating a Training it may be relevant to include links to online resources such as corporate websites, external online courses, online documentation, etc.

Adding External Links to a New Training

  1. Go to Trainings > Trainings.
  2. Click on the New + icon.

In the Training Details Form fill out all the Training Details and then add the External link(s):

  1. Click on the Training Materials tab.
  2. Click on the + External Link tab.
  3. Add a Title to the External link.
  4. Add the URL.

If you wish to add more than one External Link just repeat the process by clicking again on the + icon in the External Links section. You can add as many links as you need.

Once you finish editing the Training, exit the Training Details Form by saving the Training.

Adding External Links to an existing Training

  1. Go to Trainings > Trainings.
  2. Use the Filters and/or Search field to find the right Training.
  3. Click on the Actions button of the Training you wish to add External Links to
  4. Click on Edit.

Once the Training Details Form opens, follow the same steps as above:

  1. Click on the Training Materials tab.
  2. Click on the + External Link tab.
  3. Add a Title to the External link.
  4. Add the URL.
  5. Add as many external links as you need by clicking on the + External Link.
  6. Save.

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users. 
  Please note: Managers and Regular Users can only edit a Training if they are set as global Training Coordinators.
