How to Delete a User:
- Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
- Go to Users.
- In the User List, use the filters and/or the search field to find the User you wish to delete.
- Once you have found the User, select the User by clicking on the check box on the left.
- Go to the With Selected drop-down menu at the bottom of the User list. Select Delete.
- Click Apply.
How to Delete Users in bulk
Follow the same steps as in the explanation and screenshot above but in steps 3 and 4 find and select all the Users you wish to Delete:
- Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
- Go to Users.
- In the User List, search for the Users you wish to delete. Use filters in order to find the exact Users in the list, for instance filtering by User Functions, Status, etc.
- Once you have found the Users you wish to delete, select them by clicking on the check box to the left of their name.
- Go to the With Selected drop-down menu at the bottom of the User list.
- Select Delete and then click Apply.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users
Please note:
- Whether or not Administrators, Managers and/or Regular Users are allowed to Delete users depends on Permission Settings.
- Deleted users can be restored from the Deleted Items section.
- You will still be able to access the User Audit Trail in the Deleted Items section and see all the Users Activities, including Trainings in the User Trainings Tab.
- You do not get a refund when users are deleted. This clause is in the agreement in article 8, which says: All charges are non-refundable. Deleting a user account in the course of the year will not entitle the customer to a total, partial or pro rata refund. The Software-as-a-Service model that Scilife uses includes an average commitment of 6 months per created user. In other words, if you create a user in March, you will pay for about 9 months, if you create the user beginning of November you will only pay about 2 months. Scilife user pricing has been defined with this commitment in mind. That’s how we are able to provide more competitive pricing than other Life, Science and Quality accelerating platforms on the market.
