- Hover over the selected user and Click on the Actions button.
- Click on Edit.
In the User Profile:
- Go to the Groups segment, select the Group(s)
- Save.

Finally, you will be asked to Confirm.
Assigning Users in bulk to Group(s) through the User List
You can assign Users in bulk to one or more Groups by selecting various Users in the User List and following the same steps mentioned above.
- Go to MANAGE > Scilife Settings.
- Go to Users.
- In the User List, use the Filters and/or the Search field to find the Users you wish to Assign to Group(s).
- Select the Users you want to assign to Group(s) by clicking the checkbox to the left of the Users Names.
- In the dropdown menu at the bottom of the list select Assign to Group(s) and then Apply.
- In the next window, Select the Group(s) and Save.
- Confirm.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
Please note: When Assigning Users to Groups through the User List, you can only Assign the User to Groups that are also assigned to you, otherwise you will get the result No matches found. In other words, if you are only assigned i.e. to the General Group then you will only be able to Assign the User to the General Group.
