In order to keep track of Trainings and their completion, it can be useful to configure a Task in which Trainees are asked to upload their certificate once they have completed a  Training.

How to create the upload certificate Task:

You can add a Task to a Training either when you are first creating the Training or at a later stage by editing an existing Training.

Fill out the Task Fields:

  1. Give the Task a Title such as "Upload Certificate".
  2. Fill out the Task Description if you would like to add some information to the Trainees. This is not mandatory.
  3. You can choose whether or not you want to add a Task Supervisor to the Task. Once users have uploaded their certificates, the Task Supervisor will verify that these have been uploaded correctly; also the Task Supervisor will have to Approve the Task for each Trainee before it is marked as completed.
  4. Save once you are finished editing the Training.
