In the Dashboard you will see all the items in which you have a role.
The number of tables showing on the Dashboard will depend on the Modules that have been activated for you.
The table for each Module will be shown in the same order as in the side menu.
Navigating the Dashboard:
- Go to the Dashboard.
- You will see a Red dot to the left of all the items where Action is required by you.
- If you wish to see only those items in which Action is required by you then click on the Action Required tab.
- By selecting the filter(s) in the See all blue tab, the Dashboard will be populated with the corresponding items.
- Search to find the item you need.
- By clicking on the Status you will see your name in case the next Action is to be carried out by you and a list of names in case the next Action in that item can be carried out by any of the Users that have a Role in the item.
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users / Read Only Users.
