MSI Error Message - we can't print this document using print with Scilife

There are 2 possible error messages relating to the PDF which the end user is attempting to print

  1. The PDF uses modern features that are not supported by the current direct-processing configuration. The user can open the pdf and print it directly using the Scilife - Controlled Print printer OR to keep using direct printing refer to this guide to circumnavigate this scenario and then reprint the pdf document.

2. The PDF has password protection or other restrictions preventing direct processing.  The user can open the pdf and print it directly using the Scilife - Controlled Print printer OR use an unrestricted pdf.

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users
