How to create a Design Input/ Output/ Verification/ Validation

  1. In your Project go to Design Controls and select Design Inputs/ Outputs/ Verifications/ Validations
  2. Click on the New + button
  3. Add a Title (mandatory field)
  4. Include a Description, if required.
  5. Select a parent design control from the User Needs dropdown (mandatory field)
    • Only design control items that have been already created in the Project can be selected.
    • The parent will depend on the design control items you are creating
  6. Save your Design Control
  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users
