- In your Project, go to Design Controls and select Design Inputs/ Outputs/ Verifications/ Validations
- Click on the New + button
- Add a Title (mandatory field)
- Assign a Category (optional)
- Include a Description, if required.
- Select a parent design control from the design control phase dropdown* (mandatory field)
- Only design control items that have already been created in the Project can be selected.
- *The parent will depend on the design control items you are creating, i.e. Design Inputs have to be linked to User Needs
- Add one or more Files (optional)
- Save your Design Control
