The following prefixes are those that you will come across in the Design & Development tool.
It is possible to customise the Projects prefix (the default prefix is PR).
- PR Projects
- UN User Needs (one of the Design Controls)
- DI Design Inputs (one of the Design Controls)
- DO Design Outputs (one of the Design Controls)
- VER Design Verification (one of the Design Controls)
- VAL Design Validation (one of the Design Controls)
- RUN Design verification and validation runs
Design Control Items (UN, DI, DO, VER, VAL) include their parent project ID in their identifier
(e.g., PR1-UN1, PR1-DI1, PR1-VAL1).
Verification/Validation Runs include the full ID of their parent item
(e.g., PR1-VAL1-RUN1).
