The contents of the CAPA Action tab depend on whether or not Actions were added to the CAPA.
There are 2 types of CAPA Actions: Custom Actions and Update Document Actions. These can only be added to the CAPA while in Created or Implementing status.
If no Actions have been added to the CAPA while it was in Created or Implementing status then the Actions tab will look like this:
If either Update Documents Actions or Custom Action were added while the CAPA was in Created or in Implementing status then the Actions tab will look like this:
