The embedded Artificial Intelligence in the KPI reporting engine can assesses the likelihood of Overdue Events.
This AI engine will analyse your past performance when it comes to closing Events and point you in the direction of Events that typically get stuck on your end.
It will examine how good you are at closing different Event types and whether you tend to do so late or on time.
Examples of Events that may tend to become overdue could be Out of Specifications or Deviations that are linked to a CAPA, that have a High Impact Level and a high number of actions.
The system will then analyse this data, detect it for you and present you with a list of Events which have similar characteristics and that are very likely to be closed late if prompt action is not taken.
