How do I view my support tickets?

  1. Go to https://support.scilife.io/hc/en-us and Sign in.
  2. From the dropdown select Requests
  3. View My Requests to check all your open tickets
  4. Select Requests I'm CC'd on for any that your didn't raise directly but were included in.
  5. Organisation Requests will allow you to view all those raised by anyone in the same company, provided this setting has been enabled for you in the support system
  6. The tickets can be filtered by status.

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users / Read-Only Users
