Can Read-Only Users see email notifications that have been sent by Scilife?

Yes, it is possible to configure your settings to allow read-only users to see email notifications that have been sent.

This functionality is available in the following modules; Documents, Trainings, Events, CAPAs, Change Control, Supplier Management, Audits, Risk Assessment, Equipment.

  1. Go to Scilife Settings > Permission Settings.
  2. Select the module you wish to update.
  3. Toggle on the switch to allow read-only users to see Emails.
  4. Save your changes.
