Obsoletion Date is not a standard field on the Documents Listing Page, nor should it be confused with the Expiration Date of a Document.
To find when a Document was made Obsolete, please follow these steps:
- Go to Documents > Documents
- Filter by Status 'Obsolete'
- Click on the selected Document to open it
- On the Document Details Page click on the Audit Trail
- Type Obsolete in the Search Bar
- Refer to the Created On column for the Obsoletion Date
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users
Please note: Regular Users will be able to view Obsolete Documents only if they are configured as Allowed roles to view Obsolete Documents in Permission Settings Documents.
