When is a CAPA considered to be overdue in the KPI reporting tool?

The KPI tool allows you to view all Overdue Ongoing CAPAs.

Only CAPAs that are in the Implementing or Undersigning by QA status are classed as overdue if they have exceeded their due date.

Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users
  Please note: the data you see is filtered according to the groups to which you belong and the applied filters from the Control panel.
