How can I change which Authenticator App I am using to access Scilife?

  1. From the Dashboard go to My Account.
  2. Click on My Settings > Setup Multifactor Authentication.
  3. This will generate a new QR code/ Set-up Key which you can enter in to the new authenticator application.
  4. You will then need to enter the new OTP code and Save.

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users / Read-Only Users Users.
