It is the case that more than one user of the system can edit a form at the same time, and this the case for all Scilife modules. All the users who have a role in the item can edit the form at the same time.
The exception to this is when users are performing a Live Edit on a Document outside of Scilife, the system will effectively 'lock' the document during the live edit.
Where it is possible to be working on the same form at the same time we recommend customers assign different areas of responsibility within the forms, and ensure a sound procedure is in place to avoid this happening.
