What can I do if my authenticator application is not working?

Recovery codes are available for all users under My Account should the multi factor authentication application or device not be available.

From your Dashboard head to My Account and then go to Settings.

The codes will be displayed where the black box is visible on the right hand size (information for this article redacted for cyber security purposes).

It is also possible to regenerate the codes or email recovery codes for future reference, if you would like to have these readily available.

 

 

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users / Read-Only Users Users.
