What can I do if my authenticator application is not working?

Recovery codes are available for all users under My Account should the multi-factor authentication application or device not be available.  It is possible email recovery codes for future reference, as you will need to have these readily available should there be an issue with MFA.

From your Dashboard head to My Account and then go to Settings.

The codes will be displayed where the black box is visible on the right-hand side (information for this article redacted for cyber security purposes).

 

 

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users / Read-Only Users Users.
