What can I do if my authenticator application is not working?

If you are not able to access using your usual authenticator application for some reason please use one of your recovery codes.

Recovery codes are available for all users under My Account should the multi-factor authentication application or device not be available.  (It is possible to email yourself recovery codes for future reference, which we would recommend, as you will need to have these readily available should there be an issue with MFA.)

If you do not have your recovery codes please raise a ticket with support@scilife.io who will be able to assist you further.
