If a Document Type has been set up with blocked downloads or blocked prints and the allow to override toggle is set as to not allow it is important to note the following:
- Printing will not be allowed in any documents created with the Document Type
- Downloads will not be allowed in any documents created with this Document Type
- Changing this setting at Document Type level to be toggled on will only allow the printing/ downloading of documents that are newly created, any existing documents where the document type will remain blocked from printing or downloading.
