Why do my documents show in red with an elapsed time on the Document Listing Page or my Dashboard?

Documents that have expired will show in red on your Dashboard.

These can be documents that have exceeded the Turnaround time in their current status or those that have expired.

The number given, is the number of days by which the document is overdue.

If the Red dot is showing in front of the Document it means the Next Action is to be carried out by you. Make sure you perform this Action as soon as possible.

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
