This feature is currently only available in your validation environment
If allowed in your module settings it can be anyone with a role in the document, (it doesn't matter which system permission role a user has), or an Administrator, whether or not they have a role in a document.
The Turnaround Times can be updated for the current status and also for any upcoming status(es).
Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users.
