In order to delete an Impact Level, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Go to Events > Module Settings > Impact Levels.
- Select the Impact Level that you would like to delete.
- Go to the With selected dropdown > Delete.
- Press on Apply.
Please note: Bear in mind that Impact Levels that have been used at least once cannot be deleted. They can only be disabled.
