How can I delete an Impact Level?

 

In order to delete an Impact Level, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to Events > Module Settings > Impact Levels.
  2. Select the Impact Level that you would like to delete.
  3. Go to the With selected dropdown > Delete.
  4. Press on Apply.

 

 

  Please note: Bear in mind that Impact Levels that have been used at least once cannot be deleted. They can only be disabled.
 
  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers
