Do offline users usually have to send proof of training completion?

Upon training completion, Offline users will have to send the Training Supervisor proof of Training completion.

This can be done by email, for example.

Once that is done, the Training Supervisor can proceed to set Offline Users to Trained and upload proof of completion if necessary.
