Why can't I add Findings to an Audit as Lead Auditor?

Essentially, for the Lead Auditor/Additional Auditor/Host to be able to add Findings to an Audit they must also have "Allowed to be QA person" switched on.

1. Go to Scilife Settings > Users.
2. Select the User Details tab
3. Switch on 'Allowed to be QA person'
4. Save.
