How to link a risk assessment to a new or existing CAPA

It it possible to link a specific risk from within your risk assessment to an existing CAPA or create a new CAPA to link the risk to.

This can only be done from the Risk Assessment module when the Risk Assessment is in Draft status.

1. Go to Risk Assessments > Risk Assessments.
2. Select the FMEA tab.
3. Select the Revised Risk tab.
4. Check the box of the risk you need to create/ link to a CAPA.
5. Select Create Linked CAPA or Link Existing CAPA.
6. Click on Apply.

If creating a new CAPA, once you hit apply you will be presented with the Create CAPA pop-up:
