How do I add risks to a risk assessment?

Risks can only be added to a Risk Assessment if the risk is in Draft status.

  1. Go to Risk Assessments > Risk Assessments.
  2. Select the FMEA tab within your chosen risk assessment.
  3. Ensure you are on the Risk Register tab.
  4. Use the green plus button to add a new risk.
  5. If required, use the red minus button to remove a risk.
