How to create a new risk assessment

  1. Go to Risk Assessments > Risk Assessments.
  2. Click on the New + icon.
  3. Configure your Risk Assessment, as required.
  4. Save your changes.

It is important to note that you should have at least 1 Responsible Person and at least 1 QA assigned to a Risk Assessment.
