How can I add a Comment for a Printout?

If you wish to add a Comment to a Printout, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to Print & Reconciliation > Controlled Print List.
  2. Hover over the Controlled Print that interests you > Actions button.
  3. Click on Comment.
  4. In the pop-up, press Comment.
  5. Add in your Comment.
  6. Press Save.

Should you need to search for a specific comment, type the key word(s) in the search bar:

 

  Relevant for: Administrators / Managers / Regular Users / Read-Only Users Users.
